I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MI FUEL INDICATOR. WEN THE EMERGENCY LIGHT IS ON AND I GO TO THE GASS STATION I STILL HAVE 7 GALLONS IN THE TANK.
THE DEALER CHANGE THE TANK ONCE AND THE PROBLEM WAS GONE FOR TWO WEEKS BUT NOW I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN.

did they also replace the sending unit?

nope they didnt, but they said it was ok

Any new word on this issue? I just bought a 2006 pathfinder and I can't seem to get more than 17 gallons in fuel tank. I take it until the gauge reads empty, the warning light is on, and the computer shows only a few miles left. With a supposed 21 gallon capacity, a 4 gallon difference is just too much for me to ignore.
