I have a problem with my headlights or at least with the high beams. The low ones work fine, but when you switch on the highs they do not come on (no lights). I thought it might have been the bulbs, but replaced one to see and that did nothing. A local shop said to replace a multi-function switch under/on the steering column. Auto Zone has the switch for about $70, but wanted to check with folks here first before spending that much. The shop said there was no headlight relay that everything was controlled by this multi-function switch. Is that right? Anyone got an answer? Thanks.

i would check your high beam fuse on the fuse block then if that good then change the multi function switch.
