what are a good set of plugs to use in nissans????
2001 sentra gxe 5 speed
i can't seem to track down a set here in canada other that dealership
no one stocks any plugs here for my car

NGK and only NGK.... PART # 22401-5M015 ... They are platinum plugs.... that is a Nissan Part # btw... an aftermarket parts shop won't be able to use that number as they go by stock number. If you can't find any PM me and I'll see what I can do for ya.

Assuming you have a 1.8 that number is right ... if you have another motor lemme know

 

Ngk's part numbers is as follows (you'll be able to buy them online a lot cheaper than at the dealer)

For the 1.8L:
LFR5AIX-11 (NGK Iridium IX)
LFR5A-11 (NGK standard nickel)

For the 2.0L:
BKR5EIX-11 (Iridium IX)
BKR5ES-11 (standard nickel)

 

Those are stock numbers, not part numbers... but ya in general you are right about the prices.
