I have reached a road block on a 2000 Sentra, 1.8, in our shop for no power. The exhaust is not plugged, the fuel flow and pressure are excellent, sets a lean code, which is evident since anything above idle the sensors read 0 volts.

Thought I would check out these forums and search for some clues if any are to be had. This car had a melted CAT converter, which has been replaced. I suspect the excessive lean mixture is what damaged the CAT, but still can't solve this lack of power. And when I say lack of, there is none at all.

Thanks for any assistance you all might be able to provide.

My thoughts go to the obvious ~
Ignition Timing/Valve Timing/ Compression?
Have you checked these yet?

It's not throwing a code ?..... Those fuel pumps putter out quite often.

Fix was the MAF, pricey but cured the problem. I thought this was my best choice to fix it, always nice to find out you are correct!
