Exclamation NISSAN MAXIMA 2000 TI A33 Power Loss

I bought a Nissan Maxima 2000 recently and have been trying to fix it ever since. I have changed the Knock Sensor the MAFilter and the Petrol Pump due to a lack of power. I had it Dyno Tuned and I got 60/165 kw. That's 1/3 of the Specified Power. FOr a V6 3L that is not very good. The problem is that my engine revs out at 5000k revs before it goes into the next gear. I put some octane booster and bought high octane fuel but this only helped a little.

Can anyone help Me??

I was told that this could be a Transmission problem and Nissan told me that you can't Reset the CPU for the transmission before dismanling the Engine first??
