I've been fighting with a my 2007 Murano's Bose amplifier now for months and have been told by two different shops that the current amplifier was bad. I bought a used one offline (only difference in the two part numbers was CB00C vs CB00B at the end of the part) and tried plugging it in without bolting down and then turned on the car, but no music (as was the case previously). Did I miss something? Am I supposed to reset something? Any ideas what else could be the problem?

My wife (her car) said she ran over a set of railroad tracks and suddenly the sound stopped coming out of all speakers. I took to the Nissan and Ford dealerships in town and both said it was the amp, after checking all fuses and wires going to and from the amp. Any help would be appreciated.
