well there are simple upgrades like a k&n replacment air filter or k&n intake, also aftermarket muffler like a flowmaster or magnaflow for example that can get done at any muffler shop or a nismo cat back exhaust if they have one for the titan wich they possibly do since its the biggest truck nissan makes.nismo headers that you can probably get from the nissan dealer, stay away from huge tires and any brush guards or anything that adds weight. also you can tell him to tailgate a 18 wheeler and he'll get better fuel mileage.lol

Thanks, he is already getting intake and catback exhaust. He is just looking for more without ripping into the motor.

The only performance mods that are going to increase your gas mileage are those that take away from restricted airflow ..... After doing intake and exhaust, your next mods are going to start taking away from fuel mileage for the most part.
