Default Pcv valve replacement 2006 altima 2.5

I am trying to replace the PCV Valve on my 2006 Altima 2.5 L. I have located it on the back end of the vaklve cover but I can't seem to get an open end or adjustable wrench on it. Has anyone done this before? Any ideas/tips. Thanks.

Its a good idea, haven't tried it yet. I'll try this one up.
