I just bought the Nissan Sentral 1.6 from Muar Branch (Salesman: Ah Tay). I was trying to claim the remote control unit which is broken by itself while i am driving. According to him, the broken unit cannot be claim. Why? All the accessory is given 1 yrs warranty, please explain to me why i cannot claim such a small remote control unit from your services centre in Muar Branch?

If I bought a RM50,000,00 car from national car maker like proton or produo, I will not claim such a small device from you service center. But u are a representative from Nissan (a worldwide car maker) not just a national manufacturer. When you promote your car as a Nissan with a value of RM100,000.00 don't u think your accessory also a good product? One more thing is I just bought this car since 7 Mar 2005, and my remote control broken since end of September 2005 (only six month old) this is ridicular that you are equipped such a lousy remote control unit into my car. Don’t u think u as a Nissan distributor in Malaysia shall replace me a new remote control unit?
