Last year, I bought the 350Z 35th Anniversary edition, and paid a few more bucks for it for the special features - bigger engine, special wheels, body kit, etc. Now, less than six months later, the 2006 350Z has the same components and special features of the 35th Anniversary model! Can someone tell me what the point was of bringing out a 35th Anniversary model, as you can't tell the difference between the two! As a result, I feel Nissan has totally misled consumers and diluted and destroyed any uniqueness about the 35th Anniversary edition. I'd like to hear from any other Z owners who have purchased the 35th Anniversary model and feel the same way; Nissan dealers are also welcome to respond. You might like to know that the dealer I purchased mine from is in total agreement with my point-of-view.
