The 4wd is running the front drive shaft through front axles; however wheels are not spinning. Hub is not locking. Removed locking hub and splines don't appear to be damaged; however internal components on the auto locking hub don't seem to be engaging. Should I try replacing the auto hub assembly or could this be something more complicated?
