2000 Pathfinder LE Starts but dies after a few seconds.

Pathfinder started cutting out when I let off the accelerator. Then finally it just totally died. It wouldn't start at all. Finally, I got it jumped and then it idled really rough, then it would rev up and idle for as long as I wanted to, but when I gave it gas, the rpms started backing off then dies out. I removed the tank and emptied it. Then I put a fresh tank of gas in there. It started up and idled like it is suppose to. No rough idling or anything. Then after about 5 minutes or so, I gave it a little gas and it just died back out. Now, it starts up normal and then dies out after a few seconds. It won't stay running.
Anybody have a CLUE what this could be. I need some other info to get this fixed. Thanks!!!

Here is the REAL answer to my inital question!!!!

I first ask about my 2000 Nissan Pathfinder LE. Not a CELL PHONE CALL!!!! Come on!!! But for those who want the answer to my question, it turns out that I looked at the distributor and found that the coil was cracked and is arching out. So, I answered my own question. Thanks!!!!
About your cell calling, if you can receive incoming calls and everything is fine, but can't call out. Get a new phone!!!!! Because the internal antenna config is set wrong!! Yes, you can access this by plugging a USB cable into your phone and accessing the software from that point. But you must know the configuration settings for that phone and your service provider in order to make the correct changes. Most of the time, this can be achieved by talking to a cell tech, while you are on the computer accessing the phone. And yes of course, be on your land line phone. Lol!!! Of course you can't talk on your cell phone, because it only allows you a few seconds of talk time.
