2001 pathfinder v6 4x4 dies with throttle
 

Aloha got a 2001 Nissan pathfinder 4x4 v6 3.5 idles nice hot and cold but with acceleration it dies in neutral or drive, with very slow acceleration rpms climb but will eventually start shuttering then dies anyway. I cut the cats thinking they were clogged but that wasn't it. I/m shows 02S and H02S not ready, DTC shows P1320 P and sometimes P0464 P. Thinking something to do with a throttle sensor, wish I could delete as many of these silly sensors as possible?
