2006 Altima 2.5 no crank no start
 

Did an engine and trans swap and now it will not crank over. Have dash lights and headlights , headlights do not dim when I try to start the car. Fuel pump kicks on and there is a buzzing noise coming from the trans. I have not put fluid in the trans yet. What do I do next?
