Almera ..idling problem ..help please
 

Hi all
I could use some help with a Nissan Almera Idling problem.The car appears to drawing air causing to run eratic but all checks made by garage have shown nothing wrong.
What should i be looking at or for ? The car is a 1.5 ltr 2001 European model.I'd appreciate any advice or pointers as i seem to be dealing with incompetent assh*les who dont know what they're looking at......Thanks a lot

that model is injected, right? i have run into similar issues with my nonner that had a crack in the air inlet tube.

Yeah it's injected .....and it sure does sound like an air intake problem but we havent been able to find anything......it's especially bad from a cold start !
The garage has set the idling speed at around 950 rpm at the moment to overcome the problem but it's not right.
If she's left at normal idling speed she wont start on the key.
Originally one of the plug / cylinder coils went and the problem appeared when it was replaced.
Drove for 1 day on 3 cylinders while waiting for the part ....could this be a clue as to whats gone ?
