bucking pathfinder?

If someone could please help me with this---
My 1997 pathfinder 3.3 manual trans. has some kind of issue I can't figure out. When I start the vehicle it will stall-- so I hold the pedal for a few seconds and it will then idle on its own. Then when the vehicle driven and I press on the gas pedal to accelerate it will buck I've notice it does this between 2 and 3 on the tach. If I drive with it above 3 it will stop-- I even set the cruise control above 3 so I don't have to deal with it.
There are no check engine lights or no lights for that matter, the clutch is new i've done a complete tune up, wires, plugs, pcv, air filter fuel filter, oil changed regular, even checked out the egr valve "its good".
Some one please help I love my Pathfinder stick don't want to get rid of it.
