Is the digimaster 3 useful for my nissan 200SX??

I would like to adjust my nissan 200SX's odoneter. But I don't know what tool is good. My friend suggested me to use the digimaster 3 . But I don't how about it. Is there anyone know it? Are there any better tools to solve my problem?
