Front window wipers not working but back ones are!

Hey,
My front windscreen wipers have just stopped working, on the same arm are the jets for the front windscreen (which work), the back window wipers+jets are also on the same arm (and work) So I have ruled a blown fuse out!
Can anyone offer a possible cause or soloution?
