GA15DE - Head torque settings and a question or two

I have a GA15DE with blown head gasket.

Head torque settings (as advised by local nissan tech) are:
29 Nm
then 58 Nm
Then loosen
Then 29 NM
Then 50-55 degrees (clockwise)
I wanted to post those for reference - because I could find the information nowhere, the only GA15DE workshop manual I could locate was very expensive (about US$400), and googling for information came up with nothing. So please - if those are wrong, post a reply because someone else apart from me might use them.

... But I haven't got to that part yet.
With the engine in car (ex-japan Pulsar), is there a way to drop the lower timing chain without removing water pump / lower timing cover etc? (access will be a big problem with motor in the car).
Photo below - not sure if perhaps this cogs split front/rear (upper chainlower chain), otherwise it looks like lower timing chain is going to have to come off to remove cog before lifting head.

Dumb me - for above question. Teach me for not looking properly.
The cog doesn't need to split or anything silly. Once top chain is off, remove bolt from center of cog, that's it. - the head / block join is just under the two lower bolts in the photo. For some dumb reason, I'd quickly looked, not seen that and ended up scrtaching my head raw for no reason.

Haha don't feel bad... it happens to the best of us.

I'm blaming the fact that it's hard to see things when you're diving with oil on your goggles.
Darn and blast it - I'm getting sick of this mess. It'll be interesting to see how bad the head is when I get it off later today. There was more than a bit of oil in the cooling system - I've now got an engine and cooling system filled with smelly orange margarine.
My wife called me on her cellphone "there's something wrong with my car"...
