Help!!!

I own a 1989 nissan D-21 hardbody and my instrument cluster died X.X can i swap it for one with a tachometer (it has the wires for it) will it fit and how much will it cost to replace?

It should fit and it should all just clip in and then slide right on into place if it has all the fittings in place to do the swap, as to price I can't tell you, have a look on ebay and other sites. hope this helps
