Help! Cold Start Valve
 

My 1999 Frontier has a problem. When I start it in the morning and drive a little way, when I cut it off it want start. If I let it warm up for a while, it will start alright. I was told it is the cold start valve, but don't know where it is located. Is is 4 cylinder.
