jerking/bucking problem with 200SX

jerking/bucking problem with 200SX
Hi,
Car ran fine, then one morning after filling tank ran fine for 15 minutes, then started jerking similar to what a car does in first if a person doesnt drive manual well, that hopping feeling. Turned it off, waited about 10 minutes, turned it on again, ran fine for 5 minutes, then same problem. (First time it was bucking I was in 3rd gear, second time in 5th gear).
Suggestions as to problem?
