im suppose to be buying my 300zx wednesday
and my step dad was looking at the lower body
of the car and he noticed it was "bubbly" i have
no clue what he was talking about, but is there
a chance that the lower body of the car wasnt
smooth, he says it almost looks like there was
plastic and they painted it. i really have no clue
becuase i wasnt there when he noticed it, any
help would be appreciated.

 

This is my brothers 300zx its a 89 turbo model dont know if its the exact one ur buying, most of them are 1990s but they are very similar i dont really know what he meant by bubbly either
