major electrical shutdown

I hit a deer with my 1995 Altima, the engine stopped dead. After having it towed home I pulled out some of the front end damage and found the metal radiator support had cut into some wires that run in the plastic case behine the support. I seperated the wires and taped them up. When I first turned on the key I had only headlights, key chime, dome light, and hazards. Nothing else was working, not even idiot lights. I have tried the key again and now I have only headlights! Did the computer get cooked or is there some major fuse or relay that has been cooked, all the regular fuses have been checked and they are fine. I have had this car forever, over 200000 miles and it still runs great, I would hate to see it go out like this. It has an aftermarket remote starter, could this be the cause?
