Default Need a change

Hello everyone,I live in Surrey BC south-east of VancouverI am totally confused as to where to start looking. I am only interested in watching the news on occasion so I refuse to pay 30/m for cable. I have an older TV set and there again, I am not going to buy a flat screen TV for just watching the news... I used to get a couple of channels even though I disconnected the cable a couple of years ago... but the company caught on to that and changed the filter, so I get... nothing at all now. I tried a couple of different indoor antennas but still get nothing even after setting up for AIR reception instead of cable and placing the antenna by the window.... so my question: what am I supposed to buy, or to do in order to get a couple of channels? I have just spent a couple of hours searching in the FAQ but am still in the dark ...or better still, are the home made ones with coat hangers working at all and is it worth bothering? Thanks in advance for your advise. Here is a sample of a website I developed for quick cash loans

I need to set up my site where when you click on a menu, it brings up another set of menus for that section. Like a site within a site. For example, click on a department and it has its own set of links to the articles that relate to that department. Can this be done?
