nissan serena heater

Default nissan serena heater
hello was wondering if anyone can advise on this , my nissan serena heater only blows out cool air on all settings could this be a thermostat problem?

sorry for double post but couldnt edit last , it was the thermostat which i replaced cheaply and now have full working hot heating
