parking lights will not turn off

My parking lights on my 00' Xterra will not turn off. My headlights will not turn on. My blinker would not turn off when I turned, but I fixed that. Is the arm that controls the lights bad? Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like you need a new headlight switch.....unless you have a short before the switch.....
