Default Pathfinder 2011 Heating/cooling problem

I have a 2011 Pathfinder LE with under 6k miles. The problem is with heating/cooling. For first 10 mins. When vehicle first starts, there is no cold air except.at 18degrees (celsius) , after that there's no heat except at the max setting of 32 degrees. Dealership has replaced the controls and the amplifier and they say there's nothing else to change.
Any ideas would be a GREAT help.
Thanks

Thx. I mentioned that to them. They're in contact with headquarters, and illask them to replace the new parts. Hope that's what it is.

Did they check all the temp sensor? There should be one located to the lower right hand side of the steering Colum. You will see what appears to be a small vent near your right knee when sitting in the driver seat. There should be a cabin temp sensor right behind this vent. If this temp sensor is damaged or unplugged your heat will only work at the highest setting. If the sensor is unplugged the heat will only turn on at with the HVAC set at 90F or a little higher on U.S. models.
Did you have any other work done to the vehicle recently?

They checked both engine and cabin sensors when they replaced amplifier & controls. They were ok, but Nissan headquarters (?) want them to replace the engine sensor first, and then the cabin one, hopefully that should do it. I think that's the last kick at the can. I'll find out today.

That's all the work that's been done on this vehicle (apart from a broken tail gate glass.)

Both sensors replaced. No change. Nissan headquarters coming to look at it. Talk about changing cars according to Lemon Car law. Will keep updated.
