Primera Keys
 

I bought a used Primera last year and it came with 2 keys.

I've only ever used one with the spare one kept safely in a drawer in case I lost the first.

Recently the rubber casing on the key I use has become worn away over the lock button to an extent I can't use it any more.

On trying the spare key, it doesn't work. I've transferredthe battery from the worn out key into the spare, but still no joy.

What's the solution to this problem, please? I'm not keen on returning both keys to a Nissan dealership as they'd charge through the nose, no doubt.

I had the same problem but with both my Primera keys! The key splits in half so I had to buy the blip part and then just insert the key part onto it. I programmed it myself so it cost about £60 in total from my local Nissan dealership. I had no choice but not sure why your second key isn't working ??
