Serena throttle position sensor
Hi.
Trying to fit a new TPS Nissan part no. 22620-31U1 to my Serena SR20DE engine (1998).
According to Nissan the resistance across the terminals A,B the reading should be 2 kilohm (throttle closed) increasing to approx 10 kilohm (fully open). when checking the new sensor the resistance range only goes from 0.1 kilohms to a max of 4.8 kilohms.
Do you think I have need sold the wrong sensor or have I been given the incorrect fitting instruction ?
any ideas ?
