Skyline almost stalls when i come to a stop?
 

I have a 1990 GTS-4and my rpms are sometimes pulsing when im parked or for example if i im at an intersection slowly letting out my cluch to creep up, then pushing it in and braking to stop the rpms drop and i almost stall. Just curious as to what this could possibly be?
