Speedometer 2005 Altima

2005 altima 4 cyl. Speedo indicates 10 km lower than actual speed.
any ideas what could be wrong.
Dealer has been no help to me.
Speedometer checked with GPS,Radar,laser all 3 confirm speedo is indicating 10 km lower than actual speed.
Factory tires on the vehicle.
CHECK YOUR SPEEDOMETER TODAY!!!!!!!
