SR16VE and SR16VE N1 differences

Hey guys,

I did a search and it seems there's not much around about the old SR16. What I really want to know is the key differences between the normal and N1 version (apart from higher compression) I want to know ALL the mechanical differences to see if i can build something of similar spec.

Cheers,
Sam

First off the SR16VE N1 is super rare.

The intake manifold and throttle body are different. The N1 has a 3inch throttle body. Other than that im not sure.

I know hey :( I want to see if I can get a normal SR16VE neo and build it to the N1 spec.

So far I've found out that they shave the head to get the 11.6(?) compression and the cam specs are different. Didn't know about the manifolds, thanks.
