tach not functioning properly
 

When my car is in neutral my tach reads great but when I put it in gear the needle jumps up and down from 0 to whatever the RPM's are. I was also having some problems with my dash lights not working from time to time and am hoping the problem is all in my guage cluster. Fellow nissan owners PLZ help!!!!!!!!!!
