I have a 95 240 with a ka24de swap from an older 240. im pretty sure they swapped the tranny too. but anyway. everything on the gauge cluster works except for the speedometer. it seems to be reading somewhere around double what your actually doing. i have no clue what could be wrong with this thing. anyone thinks they can help is a blessing....
