hey i am looking for a little help,when i go to put my manual trans in first sometimes it goes in n sometimes it pops out but it goes into all the other gears fine,any sugestions.or do i just need to get another trans thanks 4 the help

 

sounds likeyour 1st gearsynchro is going bad. is your car fwd or rwd? cause if its fwd check your shifter rod bushing to see if its bad. but if not you probably would save money by puting a new/good used tranny in then having it rebuilt at a shop but some tranny shops have low rates or if you just bring them the tranny they wont charge as much since you would pull it out yourself.
