wiring problem
Hi. Just signed up to see if I can get some ideas on solving an electrical problem on my '93 Altima. The turn signal fuse keeps blowing out and I have tracked it down to the rear passenger side circuit. But the bulb and the casing all look great. No bare wires, no corrosion, nothing. I hardly know where to go from here. (BTW, the rear speakers are also shorting and rarely work. I recently bought the car used). Any ideas?

RE: wiring problem
Did both of these problems show up at the same time?
If they did, there is either a melted harness connector somewhere on that side, or the wires are bare and touching each toher somewhere on the harness, from the front of the car...

RE: wiring problem
Thanks for the suggestion. Can you give me any idea where to look for the faulty harness connector? BTW, the speaker problem ocurred quite awhile ago, but they still occassionally go on. Could they be on the same connector? Is it possible that it is being gradually broken down through something rubbing or corroding it?
