x-trail 2008/2009 yaw rate sensor fault. a mates vehicle has this fault. turn the cruise control on and set it and a warning light comes on the dash and cruise control disengages, rendering it unusable, the code was cleared and didnt fault at the dealer but it has since faulted. the dealer is chasing down a vdc control module apparently its ex-japan. does this diagnosis sound correct or is there another fault under laying its failure?
