2016 rogue - Vehicle settings not accessible

2016 rogue - Vehicle settings not accessible
I cant click on my Vehicle settings on my 2016 Rogue anybody knows why? it recently had the blower motor replaced but I don't know if that had anything to do with this before that I had no problems clicking on it.
