Keys and Owner's Manual

Keys and Owner's Manual
Picked up the new (to me) 2014 Altima late this afternoon. It is in great condition and really cleaned up well so I still think I made a good deal even though I probably paid $500 too much when all is considered. However, I have only one key/key fob unit and the Owner's Manual is missing. The salesman at the Chevy dealership where I bought the Altima was just as surprised as I when he could not produce the key or manual. I drove by the local Nissan dealership to check on another key/key fob unit and he wants the paltry sum of $335 for a new one that is programmed, etc. What a deal! NOT! And when I went to the NissanUSA site, I was unable to download an owner's manual. What gives with that?
We hope the lady who traded in the Altima has the 2nd key and Owner's Manual at her home, but I feel like the chances are 30/70 that she does.
So, is the $335 charge for the key normal? And do any of you know where I might get an Owner's Manual or perhaps be able to download one?
Thanks for the help. I am kinda bummed out about this.
