leaking coolent
 

recently had white smoke coming out of tailpipe found out it was because coolent was leaking into somewhere so flushed the radiator checked hoses and still leak!! so decided to change the thermometer is there a certain way to do this because now I see the leak is coming from housing where the thermometer is can anyone give me advise on how to change this properley
