NEED HELP ASAP
 

Ok so i was driving back from work the other day, car drove perfect nothing was wrong. 15 minutes after i get home i go outside and see my taillights are on but my headlights are off, my running lights were off alos. my battery was drained cuz my lights wouldnt turn off. now when i jump start my car it only runs for a second and than turns off? now i think its a short somewhere but i just dont know where to begin? you guys have any suggestions on where to begin? no matter what i do the taillights always stay on and i dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP
