picked up a 90 240 and have mangaged to steam out all the kinks sept one... got a semi quiet thumping noise coming from the right rear end that only seams to show up when turning or when cruzing past 35mph... checked the lower ball joints and they seem to be in good repair. figuring it might be the axles or maby somebody can shed some light on something i may not have thought of. Please help...would hate to mess with the axles if it was something common to old 240's that i dont know about... Thanks ahead of time for any help ya'll might be able to provide!
