Car isn't starting but it is cranking
 

This car has alot of its vital areas replaced; new head gaskets, new injectors, valves.. Etc. My mechanic thinks its not turning because the security light flashes. It could be the security but I took of the security module and same issue it cranks but wont start. Please help me I want to drive my baby again!
