Default miss fire like crazy, or just running without a cylinder

I was driving my 91 300 tt the other day and it was cutting in and out like a cylinder went dead... Then when I kept driving it went back to all 6 cylinders... Now, It is stuck running 5 cylinders... Sounds like a suburu (like Sh*t)... It sounds like it is miss firing so I unplug and plug the fuel injectors and ignition coils and I am lost now cause th engine didn't act diff when I unplugged one from the other.... Its like they are all running but like Sh*t... If anyone has had this problem in the past and corrected it, let me know.. Thanks

Has no one had this problem? Is there a way to check the ecu for codes? Doubt it will help but have to start somewhere...
