No Power Steering

Any idea why the power steering stopped working and my ABS light stays on after a shop installed an Alpine stereo system with 4 speakers and AutoPage alarm system?

The shop owner can't imagine doing anything with those wires. I'm the newest and most excited 93 Nissan 300ZX owner in Orlando. Any help would be appreciated. I just got my repair manual and am reading about a Twin-Orifice Steering system and am lost.

i dont think the stereo install will effect the power steering.
