Not picking up
 

This is my third Z car and I can say that their is not many bolt or screws that i havent turned. It is an 86 with an 87 motor, only lower, not intake injection ect. This car hasnt run right since we changed out the motors. It will start and run, but when i give it gas responce time is bad, and sometimed it dies.Now i can rev it up if i take it there slowly. So i had an extra dist, cap rotor, swaped thinking that might be my prob. Not so much however I do get shocked through my cap, when i am checking the timeing. Could my prob be with my throt body? Not sure any thoughts?
