anyone know what kinda extra parts would be needed for an RB26 swap into a 300, besides the obvious stuff?

on a 300zx your going to have to get a rb25det trans bellhousing and mate it up to the tail shaft of your manual 300zx trans, your going to need a rear sump oil pan, custom motor mounts, move the raidiator forward a few inches, wiring,custom down pipe, all nessecary rb parts replaced like water pump, timing belt, tensioner and idler pulleys, and any bad rubber hoses or turbo lines that are damaged have to be replaced. talk to my guy in st. louis at SPEED & SOUND and talk to Charlie and tell him that Hans sent you and he can get you the custom motor mounts, rear sump oil pan, etc. give them a call @
636-464-1063 and they can get you all the parts for the rb swapped 300zx parts you need

way more stuff than a college kid can afford to fix lol im just gonna stick to getting a new VG3DETT haha thanks for the help anyways

no problem its expspensive swap but you would like the results the vg30dett would do the job just as well. post pics when you start on it i love 300zx's
