Rear sounds like clunking and hopping when I take off in first gear
 

I have a 1996 300zx twin turbo when I am in first gear sometimes when I take off. The rear feels like it is hopping sound like a clunking but then goes away after a second or two. This only happens in first sometimes. Can anyone tell me what this could be?
