350Z Roadster top problem
 

I purchased a pre owned 2004 350Z roadsterwith 47k miles. Ive had it a little over a month now. After the first week, i went to put the top down for about the third time. It made a click noise, the rear window part that folds up first unlatched but wouldnt lift. I went through the process of moving it manually and after it was moved some, it started working again. Slowly but surely it continues to do the same thing every other time i attempt to put the top down, and now it rarely will budge. I knnow the electric motor that moves the top is fine, but cant figure out how to fix this. Im 20 years old,not a wealthy guy and can't afford dealer repairs. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Please help!!
